Scheduleview is a comprehensive and intuitive application designed to offer an efficient method of scheduling appointments for various clients, providers and services, as well as manage their information, daily tasks and meetings to increase your work productivity.

It features data backup and restore, synchronization with QuickBooks and Microsoft Outlook, generate advanced reports, and maintain the database in case issues arise. The provided interface is sophisticated yet hard to work with at first, due to the packed toolbar, which can be easily changed later from the menu.

At the start, you can choose if you want to use a sample database to get familiarized with or create a new one from scratch. Opting for the last, you have to give it a title and enter a few information, such as full name, credentials, address and city, business name, as well as the working hours, time interval and style. You have the choice to import data from TXT, CSV and XML files.

To add a new customer, all you need to do is input its personal and work details, like full name, company, birthdate, gender, multiple addresses and phone numbers, email and service code, which depends on the type of business you run. For the providers similar fields are applied, including the work days selection and optional notes.

When making a new appointment, you have to fill in the customer, job, status (check in, waiting, canceled, late), when the meetings start and how much it takes, the location, and attachments, if needed. Once done, they are displayed in the calendar at the specified day and time, along with a particular color based on the selected service.

If you want to view different panels at the same time, they can be enabled by simply clicking on the desired one, such as timeline, waiting list, breaks or the info bar. Plus, the app lets you generate various reports for each principal function (tasks, meetings, services) and print them out, along with the option to password-protect your data.

The bottom line is that Scheduleview is a sophisticated and accessible utility that comes in handy, primarily to small and medium companies and can be used for personal use as well.
