Special Day Countdown

Special occasions are times when we dedicate all of our efforts and time towards one or more people so that we all have a good time. Unfortunately, preparations need time, and time is a precious commodity in an age where we try to do to as much as possible in as little time as possible. Special Day Countdown is a neat software tool that acts like a combination of a calendar, a task reminder, and a countdown timer.

Special Day Countdown does not have a limit to how many entries it can hold, so you are free to plan out all the special occasion over the entire year in just one sitting. Creating an entry is both easy and fun, so it won't seem like a task when doing it. You start off with a name for that special day, then you input the date, add a representative picture which can either be from the background lists the app boasts, or from your archive. Finally, you have to choose whether you want warning notifications, and how frequently you want them. Currently, you can program the app to remind you on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, or just on the day before.

If multiple entries are stored, they will be displayed next to each other in a grid-like style, and since you can give it a customs representative picture, they are even easier to tell apart. Once you've created an entry, you can edit it and delete it however you please, which means that entries that have passed and are no longer relevant can be deleted to unclutter the entire interface.

While Special Day Countdown doesn't bring an entire assortment of flashy features to the table, the way it looks and feels makes it a great addition to your Windows 10 digital library.
