Planning your day is slowly becoming a must in today's social climate. Why? Simply because we're trying to deal with too many things at once.

This is the very reason we're witnessing an explosion of task-managing software in the virtual world. TaskView is but another application amongst the dozens promising a fast and easy-to-handle way of keeping all your planned tasks in order.

The first time you run this application, you'll definitely notice how basic it looks. In fact, if you don't add a plethora of tasks, it will simply look as if you're dealing with a broken application. On top of that, the English translation doesn't seem to be complete either.

When adding calendar dates to your tasks, you'll be surprised to see the months written in Cyrillic. As for the mechanism of adding tasks, it's definitely as simple as you'd expect. It's a matter of clicking the only button, filling in information on your tasks, and adding a date for it.

If the interface and translation could use some more work, the mechanism behind the app, the coding, and everything else hidden behind what meets the eye seems fine and dandy. The application moves fast. Editing and adjusting your entries works without any issues. Changing themes from dark to light and vice-versa does not lead to any issues.

The application also allows one to create custom columns or categories for various tasks. Add time ranges or spot-on dates for your various planned activities. Lastly, allow the app to find and display your tasks with deadlines, thus being able to keep a closer eye on the more important of issues you have to solve.

TaskView won't impress you with too many features. In fact, it doesn't manage to stand out from the crowd of similar software solutions. The fact that it does not prove to be perfect, even though the few issues it has are minor, means it is further dragged down in the task-managing application lists.
