eDreams

eDreams is a small Windows application designed specifically for helping you keep track of your daily dreams with the aid of a virtual diary.

This is a portable program so it brings some benefits to the table. It does not leave any traces in the Windows registry. Plus, you may copy it on any USB flash drive or other devices and take it with you whenever you need to write down dream entries in a journal.
