Before the sophisticated and modern apps that exist now and help store an unlimited number of people, we used to look someone up using the Yellow Pages, which was large and heavy. Most of the time, we got the individual wrong, as many bore the same name or similar phone numbers.

Addressido is one of the many utilities out there that comes lightweight in order to provide an easy and fast method to enter personal or business contacts, co-workers, or acquaintances. The installation is swift and consists of a few clicks. To work .NET Framework needs to be present on the hard drive.

The interface is self-explanatory and clean divided into three distinct tabs, overview, address, and activities, each with separate sets of options. A downside is the lack of protection, as there is no function to set a private profile or a password, to keep the data away from unwanted people.

The first step would be to fill in all the necessary fields, and hit save, in order for the entry to be registered. The information is neatly structured in different sections, which delimits the personal area from the professional one. Among the required fields you can fill in the name, company, title, category, birthday, optional notes, work address, phone number, email, and website, along with home details.

Unfortunately, there is no choice to enter a profile picture, or additional info about the family. Based on several details, you can plan various activities, with different actions, and purposes. To insert a new one, just select the date, direction, and the desired text. Sadly, the database can't be exported to CSV or XLS file formats, for further editing, nor backed up.

To sum it up, Addressido is a practical and useful application that comes in handy to those who need a simple utility to enter and manage multiple contacts and easily find them.
