When working on a novel, a work project, or some code, you might need to often type the same phrases. Copy++ can help you automate this task.

The application comes with a straightforward, distraction-free graphic interface so that the text snippets you have added are easily visible.

Since there are no flashy buttons or crowded menu, the overall feel is minimalist and user-friendly.

To enjoy the features of Copy++ you first need to find the text snippets you use most often. Then, copy them to the clipboard using either your mouse (right click, then choose the Copy function from the context menu), or the default hotkey (CTRL+C).

The next step is to assign each snippet a slot number, ranging from 1 to 10.

When you want to paste one of these phrases, you need to press CTRL + Shift + Number (understandably, the slot number you are interested in). This operation adds the text snippet to the clipboard, so you can paste it using the method you prefer.

A nifty feature of Copy++ is that it includes a so-called Assistant that you can launch when you want to move the main window to the secondary screen.

This way when you leave your current monitor and switch to the second one, you can still copy and paste your text snippets.

If you want to make sure you always have Copy++ within reach, you can easily configure it to launch when you start your computer. You just need to run the app with administrative permissions and click the dedicate button.

To wrap things up, Copy++ can help you speed up adding text fragments in your projects, but only if you use up to 10 frequent ones. Unfortunately, the app does not support NumPad, so make you use the main number keys.
