In a world connected via the Internet with so many applications and tools that allow remote control and interaction, the need for physical presence has significantly diminished. Aiming to allow the business and educational environments to take advantage of this perk, CyberLink PresenterLink+ facilitates remote Powerpoint presentations through various mediums.

The intuitive layout of CyberLink PresenterLink+ make it suitable for any user type, empowering business people or teachers to deliver a Powerpoint presentation from the distance, via one of the supported video conferencing applications or platforms: Skype (including the Business edition), LINE, Facebook, GotoMeeting, Join.me, WebEx, or Google Hangouts. Thanks to this application, one can also use YouTube Live to stream their content.

For the application to work properly, the video conferencing app must be configured to use the 'Camera for VideoMeeting - PresenterLink+' webcam before starting the video call.

Working with CyberLink PresenterLink+ should pose no problems. Users must start by creating a new project and importing either image files or entire Powerpoint presentations (PPT and PPTX files are both supported). At this point, the application might trigger an error if it is not launched with administrative privileges.

Users should keep in mind CyberLink PresenterLink+ is not a presentation creator or editor. Slides cannot be modified. However, there are commands for deleting, copying or pasting slides.

During an active video conference, starting the presentation in CyberLink PresenterLink+ allows the remote audience to view the slides along with a small window of the webcam, to show the presenter.

The application features annotation tools and enables users to present their desktop instead of the presentation slides. Undo and reset actions are also available, as well as a 'be right back' tool, which replaces the screen with a custom image to show the presenter is pausing the presentation.

The purpose of CyberLink PresenterLink+ is to facilitate video meetings, conferences, webinars, and online education initiatives. It can stream live presentations via some of the most widely used platforms and also allows recording while presenting. Moreover, the post-production editing tools enable users to enhance their presentation before saving it.
