As for the output settings, DDFileCatcher lets you opt for one of the multitude of available formats, such as plain text, HTML table, CSV, tab-separated values, DOCX, and ODF. Other than that, you can customize the way the information is organized. What this means is that you can explore all file properties on each line or you can assign all the data to folders.

Creating or editing an existing template for file list reports can be easily done using the dedicated option at the top of the main window, with the program capable of automatically filling in the file properties.

When you’re done, saving the file properties to your computer should raise no issues, and the same can be said about copying them to the clipboard. It is also worth mentioning that all setting can be saved in the program for subsequent reuse.

DDFileCatcher is a user-friendly application that can help you examine and save file metadata using different output formats and that provides you with considerable editing freedom.
