The Mywe icon can expand to reveal three menus: the templates menu, the options and the editor area. You can access the templates editor or easily modify several parameters from the quick shortcuts. Each template needs to be included in a specific category and it features two elements: the abbreviation and the replacement value. This can be a long word, a group of words, a phrase, a paragraph or the path to a text file.

All you need to do it type in the abbreviation and it can instantly be replaced with the value text. Moreover, Mywe Text expander can easily convert the text to upper or lower case, reverse the selected string, sort lines, remove duplicate rows, wrap text, manage columns, clone lines, handle alignment, re-locate the caret or offer text statistics.
