Print2All Program is designed as an adjuvant for file sharing over the Internet, via email or for printing documents. The software can only handle PCL files created with PCLMagic Driver. You can open and view even multi-page documents, then set the next actions that you wish to perform. For instance, the software can easily send the file to the selected printing device. Simply choose one of the available machines, whether they are directly connected to the computer or via the network.

Moreover, you can upload the desired PCL file to the Internet, to one of the available services: a particular SMTP email server, to Dropbox, OneDrive or to a hybrid postal mail service. You may select the desired online environment, then proceed to setting preferences. You can use the dedicated service for sending the file via an SMTP email server to one or several recipients. The software can also test the status of the connection to the Internet or to the specified server.

Print2All Program can easily convert the PCL file to a PDF, rename it accordingly, then save it to the indicated location. You may attach address blocks, keywords or other available templates to the selected document. Before saving it in its final configuration, you may also open it with the P2ADesigner and customize certain preferences.
