KeepNote

KeepNote is an app designed to help organize and store any notes or lists you may have.

The program comes with a clean interface that concentrates on your files, while also allowing you to view your folder tree and any pages saved with the help of this app.

In order to help you organize your to-do lists, notes, journal entries and everything else you might need, KeepNote works with Notebooks, which can further contain folders and files. Multiple Notebooks can be loaded at the same time and accessed by clicking the respective tabs.

The app supports various file types, such as Word documents and Excel Sheets that can easily be edited thanks to the built-in tool the software comes with. Furthemore, any unsupported extensions can be added through a few simple actions.

By accessing the Preferences menu you can change some settings, such as assigning a default Notebook for the program to open at startup, enabling autosave, using system tray icon, setting as tge app as always-on-top and allowing fulltext indexing. The software's layout can also be changed, as well as the way the treeview looks.

Date and time format can also be changed through the same menu and every Notebook on your computer can be assigned a default font type and size.

All files can be modified thanks to the built-in rich text editor. Among the existing options are some text styling settings, font and size, text and background color, as well as bulletpoints. Another feature of this app is the full-text search that helps you find any page you created.

The software supports various languages, such as English, French, Spanish, Italian, Japanese, German and Russian.
