Word-to-LaTeX

Word-to-LaTeX is a small and simple-to-use tool whose purpose is to create LaTeX files (TEX format) from Microsoft Word documents (DOC, DOCX and RTF formats), as the name suggests. But it also supports the XML file type for the output.

The interface of the program is made from a standard window with a well-organized layout, that's not particularly attractive but easy to navigate.

Loading Word files into the workspace is done with the help of the file browser only, since "drag and drop" is not supported. It is not possible to convert multiple items simultaneously, since batch processing is unsupported.
