ExecPDF is a helpful tool to have around if you are handling PDF files regularly. The application has the role of a viewer, a reader, an organizer, and a manager, allowing the user to create a hefty library of PDF files in order to make it easier to find them and access their contents.

Despite being recommended for Windows 10 only, the program seems to have no issues running on Win11 as well. The installation is brief, and the interface is simple and visually pleasing at the same time. The app's main body is translucent, which is a nice touch considering a lot of users look for this aspect in other software solutions nowadays. Still, if you don't like the transparency feature, you can change it from within the settings dropdown menu.

A compact sidebar will accompany the translucent library area, so you can access favorite files, recent items, or other documents. You can manage each file, in particular, using the context menu. The library keeps a preview image of the whole document, but you can open it for viewing/reading purposes, remove it entirely from the app, share it by email, or navigate to its initial location.

Drag and drop files in to form the list, or use the Open button to manually select them from within directories. The integrated viewer is somewhat rudimentary, but if you lack any other means of opening a reading PDF, it will be more than welcome. In case you wish to synchronize your library with a cloud service, you can do that, just make sure you have the option enabled from the settings area.

In case the library you're building becomes too large to manually find files, you can use the integrated search function to pinpoint them or organize the listing by filename, file size, creation date, or last viewed.
