If you are working on a project that involves reviewing numerous files and then putting them together, then there is a fair chance you are looking for a tool to help you manage them more efficiently. PDF Juggler is a tiny, open-source utility designed to help you rearrange and organize your PDF documents.

Following a quick and uneventful installation, you are welcome by a clean and user-friendly interface where you can add the files you want to manage. The app solely works with PDF files and you can add them by browsing to the directory or simpler with drag and drop.

The GUI displays a small thumbnail of the PDF files along with the names and does not include complicated settings. You can move the documents around by holding on to the file and then moving it to the desired position. In case it is necessary, the app allows you to rotate the file clockwise or counterclockwise, an option that is handy with PDF files converted from scanned images. Once you are happy with the arrangement, you can save them all into a single PDF.

You should keep in mind that you are unable to preview the files you are reviewing and, while the app does include a zoom function, it does not let you clearly view the contents. To check the contents of the documents, you may need to open and/or rename them before hand, which may be an issue if you are trying to re-arrange dozens of pages.
