PDF Ripper

PDF Ripper is an application which allows you to convert PDF documents to the HTML, RTF or TXT extension.

The interface of the program is very plain and simple to navigate through, since you have limited options at your disposal.

You can import PDF documents via the file browser only, since the "drag and drop" method is not supported. Batch processing is allowed.

All you have to do is select the rip mode and destination directory, in order to proceed with the conversion task.

You can include images and the layout in PDF-to-HTML or PDF-to-RTF conversions, as well as specify the owner and user password of the PDF document (if it is required).

The simplistic tool runs on a very low amount of system resources and displays a brief step-by-step guide on the right side of the screen. No errors have popped up during our tests and PDF Ripper did not freeze or cash.

The quality of the output files is pretty good. However, PDF Ripper doesn't manage to convert some special characters found in other languages besides English. Plus, you cannot convert specific pages from a PDF document or specify the name of the output file. Even so, we recommend PDF Ripper to all users who prefer a straightforward application.
