The utility is packed in a plain and simple interface, where you can import PDFs into the workspace using only the file browser, as the drag-and-drop functionality is not featured.

Batch processing is supported, so you can add as many items as you want to convert simultaneously, but one at a time. The file queue shows the path and status for each item. If necessary, you can input a password for a locked PDF item.

The app is very light on the system resources, using a minimal quantity of CPU and RAM. No error dialogs have been shown throughout our evaluation, and the tool did not hang or crash. However, its lack of advanced settings make PDF to Mobile phone Tool less appealing to power users. We must also take into account that the app has not been updated for a long time.
