Unfortunately, the application doesn't give you the possibility to customize the saving directory, and all new files are generated in the "Documents" folder of the PC user, each having its own subfolder with one or more XLS spreadsheets, depending on how many PDF pages were converted.

Conversion jobs were carried out fast while PDF to XLS Converter stayed light on system resources usage. It delivered quality XLS files and was stable throughout its runtime. Although it doesn't have rich features, the program is easy to use for quick PDF-to-XLS conversions.
