ReaSoft PDF Printer is a comprehensive yet easy-to-use application designed to help create high-quality PDF files, customizing them with different functions, like header and footer, security encryption and font embedding to ensure that the outputs are safe and look as you want.

The program is installed as a virtual printer on the computer and to be able to use it, just create a PDF document and send it to be printed using this tool. From there you can choose how it should look, the text position and if it should be password-protected. Plus, you can choose if you want to use font embedding and a specific compression method (none, default, fastest, max).

From the viewing tab, the tool enables you to select an initial view from the provided ones, like page only, a sheet with bookmarks, thumbnails or full screen, as well as the page layout with one or more columns. You can hide the menu and tool bar or the window controls.

The stationery panel lets you insert a letterhead image and watermarks that can be positioned anywhere in the page and resized. What's more, the app gives you the option to add a header and footer to each page, by using the built-in basic word editor and preview the result below the processor. Another handy feature is the security, which you can enable for each document, by inputting a user and owner password and encryption strength, along with user permissions.
