WinPrinter

Depending on the type of document you need to print and the default app for it, sometimes you may need to go through many windows and select various options. WinPrinter is a lightweight utility designed to help simplify the process of printing a document to just a couple of clicks. Thanks to this tool, you can avoid having to open applications that you use to view, edit or manage certain types of files and proceed to printing without too much hassle.

The application comes with a simple and user-friendly interface where you need to select the file and then hit the Print button. As you probably already hinted, the program works with solely document file types and supports DOC, DOCX, PDF, RTF, HTML, plain text and Word XML. Take note that the app doesn’t support bulk and it would be nice if the feature would be added in the future.

Once you hit the Print button, a new window with the standard Windows printing options pops up and you can select your printer. You can select whether the file should be printed in portrait or landscape, size and layout of the paper, pages and the number of copies.
