With a rich movie collection on your hard disk drive it is only a pity not to cleverly have it organized. There are various applications that give you the possibility to add specific details to your movies to be up to date with cast, ratings, and more. Movie List is one of them and promises to put a user friendly interface at your disposal so that you can easily manage your collection.

The application's main window serves as your workspace with more than enough room for movies to be enlisted. Adding elements can simply be done through a provided button, or using the drag and drop method.

Depending on the name and file info, you are required to select the correct title in order for the proper details to be fetched from the Internet. It only takes a matter of seconds from the moment you find the files until they are all enlisted.

Unfortunately, there is little you can do if the application does not retrieve the correct information. You cannot modify any field except for the title, nor are you asked whether or not the movie cover is the one you prefer.

Having seen there is a button that quickly brings up a web browser, taking you to IMDb, it is but a shame you cannot add custom info, because the application tends to get stuck along the way in retrieving required data.

Taking everything into consideration, we can say that Movie List is nothing more than what the name suggests. Options are considerably limited, with the result provided by the application not always living up to expectations. Count the difficult interface and you are only left with a place to view a list with movies you own.
