Being in charge of a business, regardless of its size, can be a difficult task, especially if you lack a trustworthy assistant that can simplify your work.

Although it is possible to organize the data all by yourself, relying on specialized software can yield you satisfactory results in a quicker and more convenient manner. One of the applications that can help you in this situation is Cairo Simple.

This program comes with a visually unappealing, outdated design that organizes all of its functions in a pane. On the downside, some of its features do not yield the expected feedback.

After launching it, you can view a brief introductory note that provides you with basic helpful information regarding each category's role. Unfortunately, aside from these hints, there is no additional help documentation available.

Many of this application's functions are barely functional, as certain categories do not allow you to create additional entries. For instance, the Treasury section does not allow you to select a customer entry that you previously created, although it enables you with Search and New buttons.

More so, searching for an already existing item, either by code number or by its name does not return any results, making it impossible for you to choose one whatsoever.

On the downside, some of this application's dialogs are only available in Arab, although there are two distinct language packs that you can choose from before actually launching the program.

Cairo Simple allows you to backup content on your computer, for safe storage. You just need to specify a valid destination path so that the application can save backup copies to that location. You can restore the files by accessing the corresponding function and selecting the desired content.

To sum it up, Cairo Simple is a lightweight application that can help you organize certain information related to your company. However, note that it comes with an unattractive user interface and some of its features might not function as expected.
