This application comes with a simplistic, yet somewhat buggy design, as some of its elements might overlap if you do not opt for the maximized window view.

However, creating a new contact might prove to be a bit confusing, since the dedicated pane does not include a traditional Save button. Instead, you need to hit the Update button from underneath the New one, which also works when editing an already existing entry.

You can access a couple of configuration windows that allow you to adjust basic parameters, such as number of months to log in reports or backup interval, and toggle which menus should the program display.

On the bright side, this application allows you to create complex contact entries by providing you with a large selection of customizable details. Some of these records are related to name, location, web address, salutation, title, gender, social network profile, qualification or rating.

It is possible to add four types of contacts, including individual, partnership, business and team member. You can generate printable reports which display. records based on the filters you set.

In addition to the aforementioned features, this application also allows you to send email or SMS messages to your contacts and even call them, if you want to. However, calling one of the persons in your contact book requires you to install Skype.

To sum it up, CepheiQ Contact Manager can help you organize your contacts and even keep in touch with them, if you want to. However, its interface has some flaws, but they rarely affect its overall functionality.
