To be more precise, it would be useful if you could get some weekly or monthly report, so you can view your updated balance for all your accounts, for instance.

Ideally, the tool should allow you to preview the registered expenses in a pie chart, so you can know how you are doing at a glance. On a side note, the application generates an HTML report once it finishes re-arranging the information, a feature that can let you know if there were any errors and the data could not be processed.
