FRSMoney is a simple-to-use application designed to help you keep track of your financial transactions with the help of an intuitive database. It comes bundled with features for creating multiple accounts, adding many account types, duplicating transaction entries, generating reports, and more.

Following a fast setup operation that shouldn't give you any trouble, you come face to face with a user-friendly interface. It doesn't put much emphasis on appearance but focuses on functionality instead.

You can get started by creating an account using a name, account number and type, financial institution, routing number, date when it was opened and closed, together with a description.

As far as the account type is concerned, there are numerous options available, from 401K, asset management account and auto loan, to personal loan, savings, small business administration loan, and trust.

It's possible to edit the details of each financial institution added to your budget tracker, such as name, street, city, country, email address, website, Facebook and Twitter page, phone and fax numbers, photo, special date, or notes.

To add a transaction to the current account, you just have to set the date, check number, description, category, amount, balance, cleared amount, receipt file, and notes (if any). Any transaction entry can be duplicated, moved to the previous or next day, highlighted to draw attention, or removed from the list.

You can also sort all transactions by date, manage descriptions and categories, perform text searches, view reports with summaries of the accounts or categories, and add password protection to prevent other users from launching FRSMoney.

Other configuration settings focus on organizing special dates in the calendar, making filetype associations with FRSMoney, changing the font preferences, color scheme and printing options, switching to full screen more, and enabling application error logging.

All aspects considered, FRSMoney may not have a stylish interface, but it delivers straightforward options for helping you handle your financial transactions easier.
