Helpdesk Elite is a reliable Microsoft Access application that enables you to provide IT support for clients and track employee activity. The Access tool is designed to help you create a database of troubleshooting tickets and store details regarding initial problems, actions, solutions. Moreover, you may easily organize information.
Due to its construction, Helpdesk Elite integrates itself with Microsoft Access, being compatible with several editions of the software. The tool works as a database manager and allows you to view any entry, by browsing through the records.
You may create several search filters, in order to identify the record you seek. You may enter specific searching criteria, depending on the database you are currently viewing. Thus, Helpdesk Elite opens as a dashboard that allows you to access any of the available databases, with a simple click.
You may track employee activity and solved tickets, as well as create detailed profile sheets for each team member. You can enter contact details, computer specifications, login credentials, network connection, finished courses items of inventory and whether or not they work from home.
The Helpdesk tab allows you to view and modify trobleshooting tickets. You may filter the tickets according to the employee they were assigned to, assisting engineer, priority, type or date. The lower areas are reserved for entering problem description, solutions, related topics and audit trail.
The tool can also integrate with Microsoft Outlook, in order to send emails to the clients. You may easily send an email straight from Helpdesk Elite, whenever a ticket is solved, create an appointment or a task with Microsoft Outlook. Moreover, you can manage purchase orders and instantly generate invoices.
Each tab in Helpdesk Elite features a dedicated function which allows you to print the current screen straight from the application. The tool allows you to store and organize information regarding company’s inventory, knowledge base, orders, invoices, tickets or employees. It can generate detailed reports and statistical data.
