Invoice Magic

Invoice Magic is a comprehensive yet easy-to-use application designed to offer an efficient method to compose, print and email custom invoices, as well as manage general information about your staff and customers.

It's wrapped in minimalistic and outdated interface consisting of a toolbar with all the useful commands to quickly browse through multiple records and add new ones, together with a window that changes based on the current selection.

When the app is run, an username and password are already filled in, so hitting "Ok" automatically logs you into the admin account. It can be easily modified from the menu. Plus, from the same panel, you can enter and manage other staff members, by inputting a corresponding username and password.

Accessing the "Setup" menu, brings up the company info, where you can fill in the name, address, city, phone number, select the HTML invoice template, as well as your Paypal account if necessary, and set the maximum number of days for the warning, terms and resend bills.

Plus, it's possible to customize the email settings, in case you wish to send someone a document, write default notes for all invoices and HTML ones. To add a new client, simply access any category and input the relevant data for each individual, such as working company, full name, address, contact number, credit and group.

To insert a new invoice for a particular client, just hit "Create Invoice" and a separate window is brought up, where you can fill in the necessary information, like bill number, current and total balance, due date, additional notes and the ordered products (e.g. quantity, price, time). You can generate reports based on specific criteria.

The bottom line is that Invoice Magic is a useful application that comes bundled with a few reasonable functions to provide a simple way to create, organize and handle multiple invoices and send them to various customers via email or by printing them out.
