The process of adding a new ticket is simple, just press the "new ticket" button and input all the necessary data. Some of the provided fields are company title, full name, phone number, email address, along with state, city and postal code.

You can set the priority level (rush, high, average, low), job, payment and shipment status, followed by payee, item ID, received and shipped dates. To insert a new customer, fill in its company and full name, phone number, address and email. The second tab lets you select the delivery method, tracking number, costs and additional comments.

Once you're done, the entry is displayed in the initial list along with all the inputted information. Plus, you can search based on various criteria to quickly find specific items. From the menu, it's possible to set the SMTP email settings, in case you wish to send a particular record to someone.
