Logic Print

Logic Print is an estimating and management application that you can use to put together a database for calculating the costs of printing. It can be used to organize customers, quotes, work orders (job tickets), invoices, orders and delivery notes, suppliers, as well as papers and materials.

Once the program files are extracted from the downloaded package, you can reach the main app window with a neatly structured layout that provides quick access to each main component and configuration settings.

New customers can added to the database by specifying a name, commercial agent, date added, company name, contact information, addresses, billing details, risk management (amount of acceptable risk and actions when risk exceeds) and features (such as profit or discount rate to apply, version of the letter, field of activity, number of employees, geographical area).

As soon as the customer is added to the database, you can view the information of all other entries in a list, make modifications, add new clients, set up payment methods, generate risk reports, and export data to file.

Logic Print also gives you the possibility to prepare and copy quotes or no-quote work orders (like posters, labels, magazines, books, catalogs or free concepts), create delivery notes, issue receipts and payments, manage paper and print media or other articles, create and organize suppliers, as well as view the state of production and billing details.

A wide range of configuration settings are available, enabling you set the currency and documents (letters of quotes, work orders, invoices, delivery notes, purchase orders), pick the measurement system, define the percentages, and use templates.

You can also establish the default colors for carbonless papers, customize your company's calendar and level of service according to deadlines, set up the mail server for sending quotes, invoices and other information, and modify the default counters by proposing the consecutive number after the latest quote and work order created.

With the help of Logic Print, it's possible to configure your presses (printing machinery) by defining characteristics such as sizes, costs or productions, specify pre- and post-printing operations used in your quotes, manage users and profiles, install the application in a network, back up and restore the database and settings as well as import and export database contents to various file types (including Excel, SQL Server and Oracle).

Logic Print worked smoothly on Windows 10 in our tests. Surprisingly, it didn't hamper the computer's performance. Considering its rich options and configuration settings, it's also surprising how well organized and intuitive everything is.
