Mileage Logger

Mileage Logger is a Modern UI app designed to help you monitor road trips to find out how much you pay for fuel. It supplies you with a clean and intuitive interface for logging every car trip, gallons, price and old mileage to determine how many miles you can drive for every gallon and dollar.

After downloading and installing the mileage tracker from the Store on Windows 8, 8.1 or 10 devices, you're welcomed by a user-friendly interface with a dark theme. It doesn't require access to an active Internet connection, so you can use this app even when you're offline.

The log area is initially empty but you can add a new record by specifying the date and time of the trip, amount of gallons, price, and old mileage. Depending on the old mileage, Mileage Logger calculates the MPG (miles per gallon) and MPD (miles per dollar). Make sure to click "Save" when you're done.

It's possible to add as many log entries as you want, edit properties or remove entries, export data to Excel .xls format, as well as save information as .log files to later load them in this program.

This way, you can track various trips and compare fuel consumption. Aside from the fact that you can share a screenshot of Mileage Logger with another Metro app, there are no other options available.

Taking everything into account, Mileage Logger proves to be a straightforward and practical app that can help you keep monitor your card trips and figure out how much fuel your burn and how much you spend on it. Unfortunately, it supports only the imperial system, so those accustomed to the metric system have to resort to another way to convert the measurement units.
