Softink Smart Shop

Dedicated to shop owners,  Softink Smart Shop is an application that facilitates a simple interface for helping you keep track of clients and sales by creating an inventory.

Following a speedy setup procedure, you're welcomed by the main menu with initially locked access to the inventory, billing, customers, reports, and settings. To be able to access these areas, it's necessary to create an administrator account with a username and password.

The administrator will be able to create other admin or cashier accounts from the settings window as well as to set up shop details (name, address, phone number, registration numbers, currency unit, and interface theme). Cashier users can only access the billing section.

The inventory can be populated with as many items as possible by indicating the name, category, supplier, buying, retail and whole sale price, stock start, and reorder level. Before doing so, you have to create lists of categories and suppliers.

Item properties can be easily edited in the inventory. You can make associations with barcodes or scan codes, create a multiprice list, organize promotions (discounts, giveaways), as well as generate, preview and print reports of hidden, available, reorderable or all items.

In the billing section of Smart Shop - Lite, you can manage active, paused and all bills, create new bills based on the items, as well as mark favorites or speed dial items for quick access. Meanwhile, in the customers section, it's possible to put together the list of clients and add details such as ID, company, address, phone number, and credit limit.

Reports can be generated for a wide range of criteria when it comes to inventory or sales information. For instance, they can be produced for stock adjustments, sales and return records, bills or customer records. The software utility also supports graphical and drawer reports.

The software tool had minimal impact on the computer's performance and worked smoothly on Windows 10 in our tests. Considering that it's freeware, Smart Shop - Lite comes packed with intuitive and practical options and configuration settings to help shop owners and cashiers monitor and manage an inventory of items, clients and bills.
