Fitbit Coach is an easy-to-use app that will let you have your own personal trainer from the comfort of your home

The first time you open the app, you have to perform a short fitness test so that the app can determine the level from where it should start. Once you've finished your workout, you can grade how hard it was and how many sets you've performed, and Fitbit Coach will create a graph showing you on a scale just how fit various regions of your body are. If spending your time in front of a PC or any other gadget is an absolute must, then you might as well do something productive about it, that being said, a fitness program like Fitbit Coach comes in handy.

You can choose to have a personal trainer by choosing from between the (currently) two available, each with their own style, and they will be the ones narrating your workouts. The manner in which the trainer talks gives the impression that he is talking about your personality, which will make you feel more connected to the app. The coach can teach you the basics of each movement you have to perform, including correct position, movement, and tempo, thus eliminating the possibility of hurting yourself because you did things the wrong way. If you are a more advanced user and already know the basics, you can choose to perform any of the workouts provided in the app's gallery, as each has a name, duration and calorie tag so that you will know exactly which to choose to achieve your fitness goals.
