How to Cook Everything

From a cooking point of view, there are three kinds of people: those that can create top-end meals in expensive restaurants, those that cook every day and have average skills, and those that can set fire to the kitchen while preparing cereals and milk. How to Cook Everything comes as a helping hand for the last two categories teaching you how to cook pretty much anything.

Assuming you belong to the third category, you don't have to worry about the app being too much for you, as it even has tutorials for things as trivial as cutting home-made pasta, dicing carrots, or boiling eggs. The tutorials are a combination of both text and beautiful hand-drawn illustrations, making the learning process as enjoyable as it is educational. Once you are done learning the basics, you can start learning how to prepare your first meals. All the recipes in How to Cook Everything's library are divided into categories making it easier for you to search whatever you feel like cooking.

Once you select a category, you will have to choose from a list of sub-categories. For example, assuming you've just started cooking and want to make a salad, all you have to do is select the "Salads" category from the main menu.  From there you will have to choose between vegetable salads, fruit salads, salad dressings and many others. Once you select the recipe you wish to follow, simply click it. All recipes follow the same format, having an "Overview," "Steps" and "Related Content" attributed to them.  This utility will give you a list of the required ingredients and their respective quantities,  along with a step-by-step guide on how to prepare them.

How to Cook Everything allows you to start off with the very basics of cooking and steadily allows you to evolve until eventually, no dish presents a challenge to you. This makes it a great tool to have regardless if you are living alone, cooking for the entire family, or planning on working in a restaurant.
