Tier lists are a hot topic in many communities. Rank a certain entry lower or higher than one expects, and it's time to motivate your choice: why is X unit a lower tier than Y unit? It stands to reason that tier lists are inherently controversial, but they're nevertheless a fun way to spark discussion and present your opinion in an easily digestible way, visually-speaking.

If you're not much of a fan of web-based tier lists and want to take things offline, then Tier Chart Creator might be for you. It's an intuitive program where users can make and configure their own tier lists in a very accessible manner.

The program is essentially free-for-all in terms of how it goes about creating tier lists. Once booted up, the software provides a blank slate for your tier lists: add your tiers, give each of them a color of your choosing, and decide what you wish to rank.

Upon deciding about the objects of your ranking, you can start by adding relevant pictures. Getting the images to appear on the interface takes a simple drag and drop operation, after which you'll be able to place the individual entries in their respective tiers.

The program manages to make creating tier lists fun and interactive, and it's unlikely that anyone will have trouble picking up the software. Placing the entries in their respective tiers works just fine, and once you're done, you can export your newly-created list as a .JPEG or .PNG file to share it with the world.

If there's something to note, it's that it would have been nice to have some templates to work with. Creating lists that span from S to D-tier entries may be fun at first, but not when you have to create those tiers each time you want to start anew.

As such, having those tiers already created for you through a preset would be much preferable. The fact of the matter is that most users are simply interested in ranking their entries from S to D tier, and even if they wish to modify them, they should be able to do so later.
