The Internet is filled with all sort of applications and programs that you could use in order to make your work easier and to enjoy your hobbies. One of such applications is Agenda Nutricional.

It's a lightweight application that allows you to calculate which products will be included in your dietetic prescription based upon the nutrients that you need every day.

The application doesn't take long to install and it doesn't come with a complicated setup that you would need to complete before you can actually use it. It sports a really intuitive graphical interface with plenty of tools at hand and lots of sections that you can check out.

The application launches with a version in Portuguese, you will have to switch to English if you don't understand the language. However, some sections aren't available in English.

The software solution comes with all the tools that you might need in order to create diets based on nutritional needs and other factors. You can create individual diets for all of your patients and add products that they're allowed to eat.

There's the option to work on multiple diets at once and to edit documents easily. Information provided by the nutritionist are comprised of products (food) selected according to the will of the patient and the nutritional value.

You have the option to extract all sort of reports from inside the application, they can contain information on patients and their diets. It would have been nice if the application allowed you to add detailed information on patients, like their name, age and medical history.

Agenda Nutricional is a very lightweight application for creating diets. It definitely needs some more work, to its graphical interface and especially to the features that it offers.
