Dartscore 2005

Dartscore 2005 is a software application built specifically for helping you keep track of your scores while playing darts with your friends.

The user interface is based on a virtual dartboard which enables you to easily monitor the scores and view information about the game, thrown darts, as well as players’ movements.

For fast and accurate scorekeeping options, you are allowed to click the areas of the board where the darts have been thrown. You may manually input the value of points per dart into a dedicated panel.

Dartscore 2005 gives you the possibility to choose the game type (e.g. cricket, 301, 501, or 701), select the desired game sets, enter the players’ names or specify the computer level (easy, medium, hard), as well as create a list with teams and assign multiple players to the selected one.

You may configure network settings (IP, port) for fighting against players through LAN and check the “Info Bar” that displays the score of all players during the game.

What’s more, you can view statistics for all games, keep an eye on each player's turn, view the number of darts and points for each player, and undo your actions.

The program is able to automatically detect when the game is over, and reveals game statistics and information about each player. You may print the statistics.

A great feature bundled in this utility is the voice recognition function which enables you to control the program using speech commands. This definitely represents a big advantage for inputting the score on the fly.

What’s more, Dartscore 2005 offers support for sound effects whenever you click on the desired area of the dartboard and you can also hear the score spoken by a commentator.
