Holy Bible Audio is a very simple application that allows you to listen to any part of the Bible that you’re interested in. From its minimalistic and intuitive interface, you can choose a book and chapter, click Submit, and an audio recording will start playing.

English speakers can choose between the King James and the American Standard versions of the Bible. In fact, there are over 50 languages to choose from, and in most cases, the actual reading will be accompanied by background music and even a few sound effects. Unfortunately the sound quality differs from language to language, and the American Standard lacks background music, and only the New Testament is featured in that version.

While Holy Bible Audio is far from being an amazing program, it has the potential to be used worldwide as an educational tool, or just by people who don’t have a lot of time, but still wish to access the information inside the holy book.
