Calculator

Calculator is an Adobe Air-based software application whose purpose is to help you perform mathematical operations using a simple calculator. It is designed as a replacement for the Windows calculator.

The program reveals the interface of a virtual calculator which integrates only a few functions. A help manual is not included in the package but you can set up the dedicated parameters on your own because they look easy to work with.

Calculator sports a minimalist design which presents the advantage of keeping it with ease on your desktop all the time without worrying that you do not have room for other programs. However, the display is actually too small and it may prove to be a bit difficult to carry out the math operations.

The tool gives you the possibility to input numbers only via its interface so you are not allowed to type data via your keyboard. You are given the freedom to perform several basic operations, namely addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

What’s more, you can copy the results to the clipboard so you can quickly paste them into other third-party programs. Tests have shown that Calculator carries out a task quickly and without errors. It does not eat up a lot of CPU and memory resources so the overall performance of the computer is not affected.

All things considered, Calculator needs a GUI facelift to make it easier for you to notice the numbers included in the calculator. It comes packed only with basic features so it is suitable especially for less experienced users or children who want to check their homework.
