It's a neat software solution that allows you to calculate the calories in the meals you've had and keep an eye on the total amount of food that you eat. It sports a small and rudimentary graphical interface that could use some more work.

The application doesn't require installation which is quite nice since it means that it won't take up any additional space on your computer. It doesn't come with any setup, but you will at least need to create your own account and save information.

The program doesn't provide you with a nutritional plan, it only calculates calories based on the information that you've provided. In order to add meals, simply pick a date from the calendar and then the meal type.

You can choose from entering meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner and even snacks. It comes with a database of various foods, but not all of them are in English. The food producer is also foreign so you might have trouble recognizing some of them.

Still, it displays the number of calories for each food and every item is included in a group. It comes with many groups like bread, toast, butter, drinks, eggs, fish, fruits, meals, potatoes, sauces, snacks, sugar and many more.

It comes with the option to create reports with the data that you've introduced inside the application. Nutrition Calculator needs a bit more work, but it does allow you to calculate the calories in the meals you've had.
