Periodic Table

Are you in the middle of a chemistry lesson and can't really figure out what each element is? If that's the case or even if you're trying to brush up on some previous knowledge, then you'll want to have Periodic Table by your side. This program would have been very helpful in my youth, had I had it with me during my chemistry classes. Perhaps it is not too late for you, though.

As you'd expect, the interface is pretty basic. Even so, the periodic table presented within this program doesn't just name the elements and shows their symbol. It gives a vast background about the material itself and also offers particularities.

The atomic number and weight are listed, as the group each element is part of, melting and boiling points. This could easily be named the period table database, not just the periodic table. This is helpful information I myself could have used back in the day. Since I worked quite a lot with these values, it would have proved a time saver.

Why waste precious memory space when you can allow this app to list any given number or value you are searching for? If you're like me and have trouble remembering numbers or even worse, you confuse them, then you're better off with this program instead. As long as you have a Windows environment to run it on, you're safe.

Periodic Table is a great application to have close by during your chemistry classes. It offers the exact amount of information in order to have knowledge about an element's history but also about its particularities in terms of pure chemistry. As a bonus, for those elements that form some sort of structure, the application will show a small diagram representing this concept.
