An interesting and amusing tool designed to assess the general tension, physical and mental levels based on age, occupation and the working hours #Stress tester #Stress level #Detect stress #Stress #Detect #Detector
We all know that stress is an unhealthy feeling of strain and pressure, which we get almost every day, while working in the office or simply staying stuck in traffic. Small amounts of tensions may be beneficial and even healthy from time to time. Positive stress helps improve our overall athletic performance, however, it may not be entirely true. It can also play a major role in motivation, adaptation and reaction to the environment.
Nonetheless, excessive amounts of strain may lead to body harm, increase the risk of heart attacks, mental illnesses and depression. A suitable way to relieve such tensions is to respect your sleep hours, go for a relaxing jog with a friend, take a bath or simply lie down in bed and think of happy moments.
The Internet is filled with all kinds of articles on how to improve your overall well-being, as well as fun programs that attempt to detect the level of stress. Stress Test is one of those entertaining applications that tries to discover your tension status using a few details.
It's installed through the Windows Store, so it doesn't leave any traces in the Registry, and it's compatible with Windows 8, 10, 8.1 computers, tablets and mobile devices. To get started, all you need to do is input your name, age interval (0-18, 19-50, 50-100), current position (e.g. student, employee, manager, worker) and the maximum number of working hours.
If you are a PC owner, just keep the mouse pointer pressed on the print scan on the right side of the window until a green dot is displayed. However, if you have a mobile phone or tablet, simply press your finger on the same icon and wait for the app to load your data.
Once completed, you can view your average, physical and mental stress levels, along with the overall status. Unfortunately, the tool doesn't come with a general explanation on how to distress or at least a description of how it got to that number. Unfortunately, the sound can't be disabled.
Taking everything into account, Stress Test is a fun yet highly inaccurate utility that can only be used for its entertainment mode and, based on its amusing images, can decrease the stress level a bit. The provided functions leave much to be desired.
