With distractions every step of the way, it can be pretty difficult to focus on the task at hand, especially when you’re an ambitious adolescent facing a math problem. Luckily, the computer is of great help here, and with the right set of applications like TTViewer, multiplication suddenly becomes a lot less difficult.

The application comes in a light package, and doesn’t even need installed to function. However, it does rely on .NET Framework, so it must be a part of your computer. Since there’s no setup involved, it can be deployed directly on a thumb drive to carry around and use on other computers besides your own.

When launched, the main window shows up and displays all elements you get to work with. The name stands for Times Table Viewer, and is exactly the core function of the application. There are no default values to at least explore, but this is because the programs gives you the opportunity to generate only details of interest.

Although input can seem a little confusing at first, trying out a few values easily lets you know what it’s all about. The table input field is the multiplication factor, while the rows represents the maximum value to count up to and perform the multiplication with. Results are displayed at the press of a button.

Note that the value for rows can be a maximum of 256 to avoid overflowing input commands. Multiplication factor can surpass that value, but length is best kept under 10 digits. There are no export options however, so you need to manually copy all values from the text field wherever needed. All activity is tracked and discarded once the application is closed.

All things considered, we can state that TTViewer comes with good intentions, and makes it possible to generate a multiplications table based on values of interest. There are no preset tables, but input is easy enough, while portability allows you to generate these sequences regardless of the computer you’re working on.
