Basically, with the exception of the File menu that hosts a few extra basic options, almost all of the app's features are readily available within its main window.

You should start off by adding the attendants, followed by the Agendas on their dedicated fields, on both sides of the app's UI. As you can see, the middle section of the app is dedicated to writing and managing the minutes.

Start off by clicking the "Play" button from the extreme upper left side, and proceed towards writing your minutes in the upper text bar. To end a recording clip, click the button from the upper left side once more.
