GPSMaster.NET can best be described as a mixture of Google Earth, World Wind, SeeYou, OziExplorer and Garmin Mapsource. GPSMaster.NET is an application that can communicate (via serial or USB) with any Garmin GPS that implements the Garmin communication protocol. Support for other brands of GPS or logger will be added in future releases.

GPSMaster is ideal for pilots, cyclists, hikers, sailors, basically anyone who enjoys outdoor activities. When you go to a place you haven't been before, visit the place in GPSMaster.NET first to get to know the area and create waypoints and routes of interesting places in advance and send them to your GPS.

GPSMaster is a highly versatile program for outdoor enthousiasts. Whether you're a pilot or a backpacker. Whether you enjoy skiing or cycling. GPSMaster offers the functionality you need.

System requirements

Graphics card capable of OpenGL and preferably supporting GLSL shading language (the faster and more memory the better)
Preferably a fast broadband internet connection to download textures and elevation data
Enough free disk space for downloaded images and elevation data (at least a few GB)
The Microsoft.NET Framework 3.5 (or higher) installed. If it is not installed (GPSMaster.NET will tell you so when you try start it

Fixed a bug that displayed a wrong longitude when playing a track. Improved support for Google images. Edit track form now has the option to shift a track in 4 different ways to make it match the terrain elevation, start at the terrain elevation, be completely above terrain elevation or move every part below terrain elevation to terrain elevation.
