Glucose Tray

Monitoring glucose levels is something that we should all do from time to time, doubly so for those diagnosed with diabetes. Keeping track of one's blood glucose is vital when it comes to diabetes management, and Glucose Tray makes the process more accessible for everyone.

The tool can display blood glucose levels right from the tray, affording the user a convenient way to manage said levels. In order to set everything up, users will need to introduce their Dexcom or Nightscout authentication details, so the program can load their data from those sources.

Afterwards, users can proceed setting glucose thresholds. Set values for low, high, and critical levels, and adjust the frequency at which they're collected: you can do this by adjusting the Polling Rate setting, where 15 seconds is the default option.

The program will then keep you informed of your blood glucose levels. When it's on the upper or lower end of the threshold, a yellow color will be displayed to warn you. Critical levels will be displayed with the red color.

If readings have not taken place in a while, a strikethrough effect will be applied on those values. Users can see the latest glucose reading in the taskbar: the time of reading will be presented on hover.
