Invoncify

Invoncify might not really indicate what it does from the start. It has to do with invoices, that's right, but what about them? This interesting application, which comes in portable and installable flavors, deals with creating professional invoices, helping the user issue, keep track and adjust these documents, depending on one's needs. It is suitable for small and medium-sized businesses, and could also be adapted for use at home.

The application itself looks very polished. The interface is not flashy. Still, it retains a modern look, with buttons and functions being accurately labeled for easy access. A previewing tool is also included, giving users a rough idea about how their invoice will look in the end.

Adjustable aspects include the used language, date format, alignment, font, and logo size. Don't mistake the adjustments you can do in the preview tool with those in the app itself. There are plenty more changes that can be executed there.

Issuing an invoice is as simple as you'd expect with this app. Add the name of the recipient. If you're dealing with another company, just add its name. Include address, e-mail, phone number, and other identification elements. The rest is a somewhat automated process. Just head into the Settings menu in order to adjust specifics.

Change the logo, your name, and your company's identification elements. Add new services and contacts. Keep in mind you can also import these from other programs. Once done, the invoice can either be saved or exported to PDF.

Invoncify might look like another invoice-creating app, and that's not necessarily wrong. Even so, the app is polished, simple-to-use, and also flexible. There's a portable version that will allow even greater freedom, allowing any individual to create professional invoices while on the go.
