Administrating and caring for your comics reading hobby, especially if you find yourself deep within “manga territory”, will most likely require quite a bit more than the usual endeavor of simply purchasing pulp magazines from a shop and storing them neatly onto your shelves. This can become even more challenging and escalate quite quickly when considering the complexity, but also the shortcuts one can take when dealing with manga in the digital environment.

Addressing issues that pertain to visualizing, storing, and managing comics in a digital context, LRReader will offer users a centralized platform that will allow them to read comics, build up their library and storage strategy, as well as establish connectivity to their LANraragi account.

The application features an interface that offers a dedicated search function, which comes equipped with suggestions for when manually inputting text strings, and it will list the available comics’ archives from either the local or remote LANraragi server.

A dedicated preview will be offered for each individual entry, and, if required, users can also read the entirety of the magazine, through the included visualizer. Last but not least, one can define bookmarks, edit the archives and the corresponding categories, as well as perform server management.
