MouseMoveByKey might give you a clue about what it does, by title only. In case you haven't figured it out, this program allows one to map mouse buttons to keyboard keys. This program was repurposed from a retro PC gaming control tool to a solution for users suffering from repetitive stress injuries (RSI), Carpal tunnel syndrome, or any other hand-related afflictions that can prevent one from correctly using a mouse.

To spare you the effort of lots of mouse movement, more than you should, MouseMoveByKey is delivered in a portable package. You just have to unzip the archive, run the program, and start adding custom keys. You can always have the option to move the executable to a thumb drive and deploy it on any machine you get to use.

When you launch the tool, a small panel that lets you activate the app and set the mouse move sensitivity will appear. Uncheck the central box to activate the program. It is a bit awkward how the tick box dynamic is reversed, but it is what it is. The sensitivity slider can be used to determine how the cursor should move when the custom keys were deployed. Set that up, and click the Edit Keybinding button to move forward with the configuration.

Assigning key binding is a walk in the park. The app provides four shortcuts covering the UP, DOWN, LEFT, and RIGHT directions. Add any custom key by clicking on Add Key and immediately pressing the wanted button. Multiple keys can be used for the same action, as long as they don't overlap. Save the changes and now your keyboard is able to move the cursor.
