OpenStreetMap Website Viewer is a Java-based software application that supplies you with a world map to freely navigate, zoom in and out, and save map sections as common graphic files. It also has a list of websites with available maps.

In order to use this tool, you can copy the downloaded .jar executable file to a custom directory on the hard disk or on a USB flash drive to launch it on any computer. However, keep in mind that you must have Java installed. No modifications are made to the Windows registry in this regard.
