Parameter Finder

Some applications can only be executed if they receive a certain set of parameters from another program, but bypassing this operation can have its advantages in certain situations.

Parameter Finder is a handy tool that reveals parameters sent by a particular application on execution and then allows you to launch the target process without relying on another program.

The downloadable package contains, in addition to the main application, two executable files named "App #.exe" and "App #_ (Executer).exe". The latter sends 20 correct parameters to the former when it is launched, after a fake 15-second server check test.

These example files are meant to showcase a likely usage scenario, as it would be very helpful if you had a way to find the transmitted parameters and bypass the server check test.

In order to reveal the parameters sent by the sample application, you need to change the name of the main Parameter Finder executable to "App #.exe", so that it matches that of the original target program.

When attempting to send the parameters again, they should be displayed within the main window, and you will now be able to launch the original application with the click of a button.

It should be noted that you need to be connected to the Internet at all times, as the Run Original button is disabled when you go offline.

While you should be able to figure out how the application works after going through the provided documentation, the process is not particularly intuitive.

It is also worth mentioning that the program’s UI is far from impressive, as it features a simplistic and unpolished layout.
