SYE Timer is a small software application designed specifically for helping you take breaks from your computer by blocking access to the screen. The tool is able to block the basic keyboard shortcuts and Task Manager.

Since this is a portable program, it is important to mention that it doesn’t leave any traces in the Windows Registry.

You can copy it on any USB flash drive or other devices, and take it with you whenever you need to block access to your desktop on the breeze, without having to go through installation steps.

There are several configuration settings that need to be tweaked before triggering the blocking process. SYE Timer gives you the possibility to enter the time needed for the break, run the program every 30 or 60 minutes, as well as enter a user-defined time when the utility is opened.

You can make the application start the countdown timer after activating the blocking mode. When the countdown timer reaches zero, all restrictions are automatically removed.

When the blocking feature is activated, SYE Timer displays a countdown timer and the current time on your screen, while letting you delay the process from 1 up to 10 minutes and alter the countdown timer.
